Privacy Policy

    Last updated: November 2026

    1. Introduction

Newral AG ("Newral", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or engage with our services.

    2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways:

    • Personal Data: Name, email address, company name, and other contact information you voluntarily provide when contacting us or using our services.
    • Usage Data: Information about how you use our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages.

    3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

    • Respond to your inquiries and provide requested services
    • Improve our website and services
    • Send relevant communications about our services
    • Comply with legal obligations

Sample-note requests: when you request a sample note, we collect your name, email address, organisation, organisation type, country and areas of interest to deliver the sample and, with your consent, to follow up about Newral's research and services. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to support@newral.ch.

Contact and sample enquiries: what you send through our contact or sample-note form is stored in our database, hosted in the EU (Germany). We pass your name, company, enquiry type or requested sample, organisation type, country, areas of interest, email domain (not the full address) and message to an AI model provider, which drafts a reply and suggests its priority. A person at Newral reviews every reply before it is sent. Our email delivery service sends the related emails, including a copy of your enquiry to our business mailbox. Some of our service providers process data in the United States, under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. To avoid AI drafting, email support@newral.ch instead; to object or ask for deletion, write to the same address.

Weekend Editorial: when you subscribe, we collect your name, email address, organisation, organisation type and country to send you the Weekend Editorial and occasional emails about Newral research and plans. We ask you to confirm your address and keep a record of your consent. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, or write to support@newral.ch. Service providers host our website and send our emails on our behalf.

    4. Data Protection

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

    5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws.

    6. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below.

    7. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

    8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated revision date.
